s pen keeps disconnecting note 10

Hi Ali. Your USB on on your device is assuming that a connection has been made. you may need to clean out your USB port with a thin brush. Check what colour the gold pins are on the port. if they are green then water has been in contact and has errorded. Having same problem on my Samsung Galaxy A12. 5 Likes.

Anyone else having issues with their Galaxy Note 10+ after tge Sept.2020 update? My S-Pen keeps disconnecting. I cant use air gestures but can use all other functions. I keep getting a Moisture Detected at the USB port warning even though my phone hasnt anywhere been near any fluid Has anyone got a fix for this?

Options. 19-02-2023 10:11 PM in. Its nothing to major but i dont use my s pen for a few hours and i get a notification when i use it that its disconnected i then have to go in the settings to reconnect and reset it so i can use the air actions. Does anyone else get this. 0 Likes.

I would definitely agree with that! I bought a quite expensive ZENUS cover purposely because it has a button on the front and not a magnet.
